When undertaking a strategic review of his interest and 57 Lady Margarets Road, Southall, landlord Isaac Raham was aware of the need for Independent professional advice from a surveyor with a thorough understanding of the various issues affecting the value of the property asset.

Following his inspection of the surgery and research of comparable market evidence, Bryan compiled in his valuation report. He explained “I believe It’s important that a valuation report clearly explains to the client the approach adopted and the evidence considered when arriving at an opinion of value so that the client has a real understanding of the reasoning adopted by the valuer. I also think that it is important for the client to be able to raise any queries that he may have.”
